Used 2019 Chevrolet Spark for Sale near Los Angeles, CA
The Spark, Chevrolet’s smallest car, was introduced to the market for 2013 and saw a swift redesign for 2016. Like a host of other Chevrolet models, the city hatchback enters 2019 with a mid-cycle update.
Major visual changes are limited to a new face with redesigned headlights and a larger grille. As before, the grille is dominated by a large black bar meant for the front license plate, but the whole assembly is closer to Chevrolet’s current look and makes the diminutive car appear more substantial. Other updates include new wheel designs and an expanded exterior color palette that includes four new hues: Orange Burst Metallic, Passion Fruit, Caribbean Blue Metallic, and Raspberry.
As before, the Spark comes in four trims – LS, 1LT, 2LT, and ACTIV – each progressively nicer than the last. ACTIV is inspired by an off-road theme and gets elements like front and rear skid plates, a unique grille, distinctive wheel designs, and a suspension that increases the ride height by 0.4 inches. The Spark comes with plenty of bang-for-the-buck—even the base LS grade features a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, Bluetooth, and a 4G LTE WiFi hotspot. Keyless entry, keyless access and start, leatherette upholstery, alloy wheels, and heated seats are available on higher trims. New for 2019 are illuminated USB inputs on all trims, LED running lights for 1LT and 2LT trims, and the latest version of Chevrolet’s infotainment software.
Each level of the Spark is front-wheel drive (FWD), powered by a 1.4-liter inline 4-cylinder engine worth 98 horsepower and 94 pound-feet of torque. It may not seem like much, but reviewers say it’s plenty for the car’s intended mission as a city vehicle. And, it rewards drivers with fuel economy as high as 30 mpg city, 38 highway, and 35 combined. Across all grades, this engine can be had with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a continuously-variable automatic transmission (CVT).
The Spark includes a standard reversing camera and 10 airbags. The 2LT models come standard with rear-park assist. The Driver Confidence package is an extra-cost option for 2LT and includes forward-collision warning, lane departure warning, and, for 2019, low-speed forward automatic braking.
The 2019 Chevrolet Spark is a markedly improved small urban car with plenty of space and personality. The updated model hits the market later this year.

(6 reviews)I love my spark...2nd one Ive had ....great mileage. Turns on a dime...I think it is a great price considering the size. Not much trunk space...I drove geo metros in the past n it is comparable. .
It has everything I wanted and much more. Yes I think I got good value for the price. I cant compare it to another but a guess would be the Accent.
Car was good value for money. Maybe a little underpowered for highway driving but perfect for in and around town.
Def a good value. Only missing power windows and locks.
Ive driven both the 1LT and the LS, both in CVT. The LS is just a bare-bones no power anything basic transportation car which for a lot of folks is enough with pretty good gas mileage. Good commuter car. The 1LT is better equipped but at $1800.00 retail for the LT pkg, I dont know if that is worth it to some with power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise, keyless entry, and Sirius capability. It is for me to make it livable and a long term car option. Would likes? Not much. More power and a real automatic trans, not a CVT. This car doesnt get any better gas mileage than our 1996 Geo Metro did, which is a shame....
