The 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L stands out because it brings Jeep’s familiar blend of capability and premium features into a three-row package. It is part of the fifth-generation Grand Cherokee family, and the model’s broad trim spread means you can find versions that emphasize comfort, technology, or trail-ready hardware.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the listing’s condition matches the seller’s description. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection if you are looking at a higher-trim example, since more equipment can mean more to evaluate. Focus on wear, maintenance records, and how well the vehicle’s features operate in real-world use.

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,116 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.56% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $38,090, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L's resale value?

The current average of $38,090 sits slightly below last year's $42,586.

That price movement suggests the market has become more favorable for buyers, but it also means a future seller may face more competition if values stay soft. If you buy well now, you may have less downside than someone who paid closer to last year’s average. The strongest resale prospects will likely come from well-kept examples with desirable equipment and clean history.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.56% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is a strong choice if you want the Grand Cherokee L’s three-row layout, Jeep identity, and a market that currently gives you some negotiating room. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may open up more value opportunities, but the 2025 is the better fit when you want the latest version of this formula and a healthy used-car market to shop in.
