How much does the 2025 GMC Yukon cost?

There are 2,378 listings available, which suggests you have a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 GMC Yukon a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2025 GMC Yukon. The overview points to a full-size SUV that combines a commanding presence with an upscale look, plus a spacious, family-friendly layout and a long list of available technology. You also get a broad range of powertrain choices and a cabin designed to feel more premium than flashy, which makes it appealing if you want size, comfort, and capability in one package. With 36.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 GMC Yukon reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview also notes that reliability has not been great so far this generation, even though 2023 models are holding up the best. That means you should treat a used purchase with extra care and focus on condition, maintenance history, and how the vehicle has been used.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 GMC Yukon?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the truck has a clean title and consistent service records. Put inspection priority on wear items, electronics, and any signs of heavy family or towing use, since this is a large SUV that may have been asked to do a lot. A careful test drive should also focus on ride quality, braking, and how smoothly the powertrain and infotainment system behave.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 GMC Yukon?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 36.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,378 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.55% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $74,035, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 GMC Yukon's resale value?

The current average of $74,116 sits slightly below last year's $83,798.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle. For a future seller, that also means resale value will depend heavily on how well the vehicle is maintained and how desirable its condition and equipment are when you decide to list it. Strong pricing today can still support a healthy resale later if the SUV stays clean, well-documented, and in demand.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 GMC Yukon or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.55% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version with updated styling, the larger infotainment screen, and the latest trim and tech changes, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If your priority is stretching your budget, a nearby earlier year may be worth a look, especially if you can find a well-kept example with the equipment you want at a lower asking price.
