How much does the 2024 Toyota Corolla cost?

Prices have softened 1.95% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 8,215 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Toyota Corolla a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Toyota Corolla earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong shopper satisfaction. The overview describes it as a sharp-looking compact car with broad appeal, and it offers sedan and hatchback body styles, plus hybrid and GR Corolla variants, so you have plenty of ways to match the car to your needs. It also keeps the Corolla’s practical, everyday-friendly character while adding more style and desirability than recent versions. With 38.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful share of the market to shop from.

Is the 2024 Toyota Corolla reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview emphasizes the Corolla’s long-running appeal for practicality and everyday ease, along with efficiency and broad usability. It also frames the car as a sensible ownership choice rather than an exciting one, which usually aligns with a low-drama used-car experience. For used buyers, that means your biggest long-term risk is less about the model’s basic character and more about choosing a poorly maintained example.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Toyota Corolla?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the report carefully and confirm that the car’s history matches the listing. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are considering a higher-trim car or one with more equipment, since the lineup can vary a lot by body style and trim. Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and signs of prior damage or neglect before you commit.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Toyota Corolla?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 38.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 8,215 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.95% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 82.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,820, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Toyota Corolla's resale value?

The current average of $20,788 sits slightly below last year's $21,201.

That softer pricing can help you buy more carefully now, but it also suggests the market has already adjusted downward from where it was a year ago. If you plan to resell later, the Corolla’s broad appeal and practical reputation should help keep demand steady, especially for clean, well-kept examples. The strongest resale prospects will usually come from cars with desirable equipment, strong condition, and clear history.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Toyota Corolla or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 38.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.95% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $22,211, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $20,788 average.
• It adds more modern infotainment and safety tech.

The bottom line: You should start with the 2024 if you want the better value and a wider pool of listings to choose from. If you are willing to pay more for the newer model year’s added tech, the 2025 is the better secondary path. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2024 is the smarter place to shop first.
