Is the 2024 Audi Q5 a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Audi Q5 earns a user rating of 5/5, which points to strong owner satisfaction. The overview describes it as a polished, well-equipped luxury SUV that emphasizes comfort, practicality, and a premium feel over flash. You also get standard all-wheel drive, a roomy cabin, and strong everyday usability, so it fits well if you want a refined daily driver rather than a sporty one. 41.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent chance to find a competitive offer.

Is the 2024 Audi Q5 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview presents the Q5 as a refined package with few major weak spots, but it also notes that Audi’s brand record is only average and that some versions have had reported MMI infotainment issues. That means you should expect a premium ownership experience, but you should still verify condition carefully before buying. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is ending up with a well-appointed SUV that needs extra attention to electronics or maintenance history.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Audi Q5?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report to confirm the car’s background and check for any prior damage or title issues. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the listing has higher mileage or shows signs of heavy use. Focus your condition check on the infotainment system, interior wear, and how smoothly the vehicle drives in everyday use.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Audi Q5?

Yes — this looks like a buyer-friendly market with meaningful inventory and a healthy share of discounted listings.

• Deal availability: 41.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 4,835 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.35% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $30,850, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Audi Q5's resale value?

The current average of $30,850 sits slightly below last year's $36,444.

That price movement suggests the Q5 has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future resale stability if you buy at the right price. For a future seller, that means your biggest advantage is likely to come from buying below market average and keeping the vehicle in strong condition. A well-kept example should remain appealing to shoppers who want a premium SUV with broad everyday appeal.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Audi Q5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 41.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.35% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $28,982, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $30,850 average.
• It offers calm comfort and a quiet cabin.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $42,856, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $30,850 average.
• It brings a redesigned cabin and updated tech.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2024 if you want the best mix of price, inventory, and owner satisfaction. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2023 is the better value play, while the 2025 makes sense only if you want the newer redesign and are willing to pay more.
