I was contacted properly and right away. Howevwe i felt they didn’t really help me to get the car. I felt they just tried and didn’t look for other banks to get me finance for $3,900 when i was going to apply $7,000.00 down payment. I felt that they didn’t want me as a customer.

Hunter was great, didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for due to a recall but they were able to get me set up with another vehicle and made the process exciting and even followed up days after just to see if I had any additional questions. Shawn the sales manager was awesome too and attempted to be competitive with a great rate that I had received from my credit union. I will definitely be referring clients to them and returning for my next vehicle when it’s time.

Advertised a car, made an appointment to see. Got there and they had no idea about appointment and then claimed the car had “just sold”. Tried to do a bait and switch and held firm on a “poor deal” price. I guess rich people in Beverly Hills don’t care but for an educated consumer this is NOT the place to go.

Wouldnt recommend this dealership. I came in to buy a car and i wanted to test drive. They only let me drive it for almost 2 street. I didnt even have a chance to see how the car runs. They instead tried just to talk numbers.

Totally unsatisfactory. The salesman I “worked” with was unwilling or unfamiliar with the product and could not answer my direct questions with direct answer. Lacking in customer service. Left this dealership feeling frustrated.

Terrible!!! It took days before they called me back. They were going to call back after they found out about selling out of state. Never called back. I called several times but never got ahold of a live person. I left several messages asking they call back but they never did!

Dealership responded quickly and we bought the car. This car was for our son. My son was promised an auxiliary cord by our salesman. and we were told it would be mailed to us immediately. We have never heard from this dealership again. And yes. I have called. They also managed to only give us 1 key. Buyer beware they do NOT follow up or honor their word. It's a real shame that better examples were not set by those adults at this dealership!

I live 150 miles away from the dealership. It the dealer was a little more willing to negotiate on the phone I might have made the trip, but he was reluctant to really discuss prices which gave me little incentive to drive up.Later when I told him I was purchasing another car that day,all of a sudden he wanted to negotiate!.

Dealer did respond with great enthusiasm and was very friendly and respectful. But as soon as she found out I wasn't going to come out in 2 days and drop $60,000 for a used Audi her emails suddenly got VERY cold and curt. That's bad business. I had planned to stay in touch with this dealer and continue to search for a workable deal, but now I will not.

Althought the staff was very professional, I didn't feel an abundance of help as I tried to purchase a vehicle from them. The first week was a game of email tag trying to figure out what steps to take for an out of state purchase. I tried calling several times to speak to a manager in regards to unique circumstances, but they were never available, and instead found me repeating myself multiple times to anothet staff member who would need to ask a manager for clarification. Ultimately the car was sold while I was still trying to purchase it, despite having my down payment and financing secured, and willing to pay full price.

Misrepresented the car advertised for sale. Allowed us to drive from Santa Barbara, also without telling us that the (wrong) car was already going through the purchase process. I would not recommend this car dealership.

I called to confirm a car was onsite before I drove an hour to see it. I arrived and was told the car was not there...what's more, I was told the manager had told the salesman when I called that the car had been sold. They lied to me, just to get another person into the showroom.

they were so rude via email, and even worse in person. they are willing to rip anyone off, at any cost. they do not negotiate, take it or leave it mentality, but seems mostly like the sales managers fault. he is rude, and a high nose dealer. i would never ever thing about going there again, non the less, giving them my money for a car.
