I had scheduled twice to see this car in the morning but everytime they wanted to reschedule me later in the afternoon citing that the car was suddenly scheduled by their service department for one thing or the other. They had very poor coordination between their departments.

Looking for a plug in hybrid. Called dealer twice to confirm. They said definitely it was. Drove down there, over 50 miles one way, salesman came out & said " you must be Jeff. The Kia hybrid isn't a plug-in. Would you like to take a look at it? So, I immeadiatly turned around & got back into my car and drove off. I got in my car and drove off

I contacted them at noon on a Sunday and they responded very quickly. They sent me a credit application through email which I completed and sent back immediately. I let them know I was very interested. No one ever called me back the rest of the day. I sent an email later that afternoon to make sure they received my application because I want to come down and look at the vehicle. They replied and said they would contact me as soon as possible but that they were busy at the moment. I didn't receive a call from them until mid morning the next day saying they had sold the vehicle that morning and asked if I was interested in any other vehicles. I told them No. I feel like they didn't even give me an opportunity to purchase the vehicle the prior evening. Their loss.

I was shopping from out of state, and their car was a good candidate so I started corresponding with them via email. At first their responses were prompt and helpful. I had my choice narrowed down to their car and 1 other, with theirs slightly in the lead. However when I asked them for a good set of photos of the interior so I could get a good look, they let me down. Although I was promised photos repeatedly, all they ever sent of the interior were 2 shots, one of which was so blurry it was useless. Finally I decided on one of the other options. They lost a sale from me because they couldn't take the time to get me good photos.

Immediate responses. Super professional every step of the way. The entire staff went out of their way to welcome me, accommodate me, & show me all options that might interest me. I had nice follow-up emails from them as well. 5-stars!!!!

When I called on the car, they told me it had been sold. I asked if they had any similar and they said no. I said than you... Then the barrage of emails and harassment to come down and look at their other cars.. if I wanted another car, I am capable of asking for another model..The General Manager furthered their cause by saying " I hate to lose" What can I do to get your business... answer, have the car the customer wants. Selling is not about winning and losing.. its about satisfied customers who refer your business. This man is like the bank employees who put their performance levels above the customers needs like the Wells Fargo Bank scandal.. forget the customer, do what it takes to make the quota.... sorry Audi Mission Viejo, dont use my name as a reference

We waited for 20 minutes before getting to test drive the car. We wasn't inform that the salesman had to go to the mission mall to get the car. The salesman seems friendly but the atmosphere on the dealership wasn't.

Everyone invovled with my car buying experience was outstanding from start to finish. Called dealer made an appointment... Took car for a test drive. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the brand answered all my questions. Not pushy took a little time to get finance approved. Told the saleman we needed to talk about the purchase and left the dealership. They continued to shop for a better rate for and called me back when I asked him to. We closed the deal over the phone and drove 2 hours to pick it up. The car was ready when we arrived. It took less than an hour to sign papers. Our finance guy was very good he put us at ease. He did not try to sell us anything extra that we weren't interested in. We got the car we wanted at a fair price. Very pleased Jay A. You rock!!! They programed both our phones and answered all our questions before we drove off. PS I locked my keys in the rental car just before leaving... Opps.... But they came to the rescue and one of thier techs. opened it for me!!! Best car buying experience ever. No hagle price... Price on Car Gurus was tge price paid...

No haggle carmax type experience. Then to top it off, NO haggle on trade in value. It's their way or the highway, so to speak. Sometimes a customer just needs to feel they are getting a deal, not just a number.

Pick out a car that I like already had financing option ask them if they could get me better financing options never returned my call never informed me of their answer so I called and gentlemen seem to be rude and said that it would take five or six thousand down on a $15,000 car when the financing I had already was only 350 down but did not give me that option to use my own financing not quite sure why they're better than everybody else

Stopped by to see the car, was not on the lot and no one around to ask. Left and called for update. Was advised car was in for service and detail. Later learned car was wholesaler.

from the moment i received the call from the initial phone contact to my interation with Mitch (my salesman), I was treated with respect. No high pressure sales, very relaxed and actually a fun experience. I ended up purchsaing a different model that was currently unavailble from that dealership or I would have purchased from Mitch at Audi MV. I do and will continue to highly recommend both Mitch and Audi MV. Great experience!!!

I registered on Saturday when dealership was still open . Received email on Tuesday hoping to work out a deal. On Saturday the same day I registered I was contacted by 2 other dealerships and purchased a Q7 the next day. The Mission Viejo dealership needs to wake up.

I was extremely happy with the customer service but I guess when they approved my loan they stated that the car had already been sold so it seems a little fishy... Why work on getting a loan and then call to say oh sorry we sold that car when they new that you wanted that vechile but customer service is awesome....

Returned my inquiry within minutes. Very nice and accomodating sales rep.....however this is an Audi dealer so she didn't know a lot about the used Jaguar XK they had for sale. The car needed some body work and in the meantime, I found a better car and deal somewhere else.
