Vinny, the rep I dealt with the entire time was very patient, worked tirelessly to get me in the vehicle I wanted and went out of his way to accommodate me. Terrific experience. Would highly recommend Vinny if you're looking for a VW.

Overall a good experience, but had issues communicating at times. I believe it was just due to as newer sales staff being assigned to me, not a big deal. Just a minor annoyance. Delivery could have been easier to schedule, but it all worked out conveniently enough in the end.

Personnel are very personable. Vehicle was as advertised. Facilities are nice, however, bathroom was a disaster, toilet paper and hand towels all over the floor and appeared to not have been cleaned recently. Vehicle had CEL upon first key turn, only had 10 miles of fuel so had to wait before taking for test drive, salesman should've verified that vehicle was ready to be shown as they were given plenty of time to prepare. Overall experience was average.

The replied very quickly. But the car was not available. Must have been sold. They offered other ones they had.

They get you in with competitive prices and then add all their fees. 800.00 for a processing fee??? Its the same ol song and dance answer as well. They will waste your whole day. Their fees are ridiculous and meant for people who don't know any different. I wish I had read the reviews here before driving down there.

Not willing to sell a car to an out of state cash buyer. Also asked if I could pay for shipping to my home and they also wouldn’t do that. Shame they had some great vehicles but were not willing to join the rest of the world with shopping online and door to door service

Went there thinking the vehicle was a good deal, then add Admin fee and the vehicle is now not worth the price. They say CPO but the vehicle’s I looked at needed carpets clean, one a/c didn’t work and one had chrome coming off rear bumper.

Great experience. Maria, salesperson, was great. Financing was quick and efficient. My car was beautifully detailed and ready to go. While shopping for my car, I've seen some really high dealer fees and hidden misc fees such as $2,000-3,000, but this dealer processing fee is $799.00. I'm not sure if $799.00 was good or bad but believe me....it's a lot better than a lot of other dealers I visited.

Replied promptly that the car had sold.

There were no pictures. I asked for pictures and had questions about the vehicle and was repeatedly told that it was being "inspected" and once "inspection was over", the salesman would send me pictures and get me my answers. This went on for several days. Decided to look elsewhere.

It was a nice experience dealing with lindsay volkswagan and i found haben welday a very helpful and interactive and understood our needs.

Sales person was great. Finance people, the usual ... "we can't go down in price, we're already losing money on this car", and "oh that advertised price is only if you finance through us" (at rates that are NOT competitive despite their claims) etc. Typical car-buying crap.

They contacted me right away and we're very friendly and not pushy at all. I'm still unsure if the Touareg is right for me, but I would be happy to buy from them if the right car comes up.

Got a good price on a Golf SportWagen but had to use their crummy financing to get it but we can refinance or pay off in 3 months with no penalty They don’t try to stick you with dealer add ons except for extended warranties of course but just say no.

The people who have contacted me have been very courteous and have answered all my questions and politely followed up to be sure I had received the info that I requested.

Terrible business practice, Dealer wanted $699.00 Documentation fee to buy a used TDI. Then when I inquired on any additional fees they wanted $1000 to set up financing thru VWoA. Then when I offered to pay CASH they wanted $500 additional to complete sale. Very shady people, GREED is a terrible thing.

Lindsay VW was easy to work with. Only issue is that the vehicle we bought had to have the tdi recall completed before we can bring it home. There was no way to have it completed prior to us buying it. So that means another 2 hour drive back to the dealership to pick up my car once the recall is done.

Sales person (Justin) wanted personal information (home address and DOB) to give me a price quote. I had already told him I was an out of state cash buyer and had already provided zip code. This is super shady and I refused. His reply was basically good luck. GM (Jerry) took the time to explain the process better which I appreciated. I didn’t purchase a vehicle from them cause there pricing is not competitive enough.

Vehicle was in very rough condition. Needed new tires and the motor had a lot of corrosion.

Received information right away, great price on vehicles. Personnel was friendly and knowledable
