The dealer was very prompt in returning my call. Due to the Corona virus concerns I have not test driven the car.

Dealer was good to deal with. No real problems or issues. Salesman (Joe) was very professional and courteous. No high pressure sales tactics ... very laid back and comfortable to deal with. Made my son’s first buying experience very easy.

The price listed was no where near what they were offering. 5k off! When I showed them the listed price they said they’d never seen it before. Very frustrating. I was also told online that they’d be ready for me with a VW specialist and the car ready to tear drive. They were not.

Took several calls to get a salesperson, but when I did, David was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Would have bought here if we were not on travel restrictions.

Test drove car with no gas, had to stop at gas station with sales rep. Car was shaking and rattling in the front. They informed me it was sitting and had to get checked out.

Initial contact from Pam in the Internet Sales department was outstanding, once in dealership actual sales person was a horrible experience. Unreceptive in conversation and once he knew we were willing to walk away if numbers weren’t what we wanted his attitude went straight in the toilet. Clearly he was only interested in making the sale, not great customer service

I bought a 2017 VW Alltrack here. Got a great deal. The sales consultant (Paul Butterly) was extremely helpful, personable, and professional. I also needed special financing, and they were able to get a loan for me at a much lower interest rate than other dealers and finance companies could offer. Pleasant and easy car buying experience.

I was contacted but never given the sale price. The sale price was not in the ad to force contact with the office. This is a dated tactic, which should be barred. They know the sale price, so just reveal it and stop wasting the consumers time.

Was the best car buying deal I ever had they were fast to respond and get the deal done and one that actually keeps there promise. Truck was clean and delivered to me three hours away.
