Had a great car buying experience, the dealer was quick to reply, I was greeted immediately upon arrival the sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful..... I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle

The sales rep , Eric, was very, nice, very informative and provided us with great service. There was never a pressure to buy.... Even though in the end we have not made the purchase, we were greatly surprised by how easy talking to “a used car dealer” can be.

Dave and Dary assisted me in getting into my new car. Due to recent events of the car I was using breaking down I was concerned on getting a new car with the rates, price a month, etc., these gentlemen were diligent and patient with helping me be comfortable and at the end of the day I was able to drive away in an reliable car.

Fairly ridiculous. I would NEVER purchase a car from a company that treats customers this way. Just a bunch of random emails that are both repetitive and useless. I was ready willing and able to purchase a vehicle, money in hand, but no one returned a call.... I wonder what they'd do if I had a problem. No thanks.

I was told the car was in storage when I went there this past Saturday and when I got there they told me it wasn’t available anymore and tried to sell me a car that was $12,000 more and the finance manager got upset when I didn’t want to purchase the car I didn’t even go there for.

They listed the truck at a certain price. I called to verify that there would be no hidden costs. After test driving they found 3500 dollars in extra fees

Prices aren’t accurate. I inquired about car and it turns out that price is after 2000 down plus dealer and reconditioning fees that add almost another 2000.

Nice enough at the dealership when selling me the car but when there was an issue with the title getting simple answers as to what happened and when it would be resolved was frustrating and challenging. After several attempts through the sales department I reached out directly to Kathy in Customer Service and she helped me get the answers needed and eventually resolve the situation.

Called me late at night i explained my car was totaled never heard from them again

Yes they replied to my email with little detail. I called and to pry for information. Received and email from the manager from the same email address as the salesperson? Mentioned no actual photos of the car, just a stock photo. Was very doubtful of this car being on the lot. $4300 in fees on a car priced $19k? Decided not to make the drive to see the car after reading other reviews also.

there is a non negotiable low jack fee, a reconditioning fee. At the end 4,000 in fees was added to the list price. i was a cash buyer and really didnt try to work with me.

I scheduled an appointment but when I got there after driving 2hrs, I was told the car was sold. No one had the decency to contact me and notify me that the car was sold. I don’t think they have the car as advertised. I think it’s a way to get people to go to their dealership so they can convince them to buy other vehicles they have in stock. This is worse than a scam

Contacted the dealer , called me following day stating that the car is not in their inventory anymore despite it showing on their web site. Was interested in another vehicle , contacted them again , stated that the vehicle is in service getting inspected before selling and will be available the following day. Rook the day off , kept contacting them the whole day. No showing . Stayed like that for 5 days then they told me that this car has been sold

scheduled me for an appointment the same time as someone else. Extremely awkward. Worked a deal, managers never call back. Sold the car elsewhere after a verbal agreement and no return calls. Nice sales associate but had little experience.

My sales person was pleasant, however, the car should at least been in a presentable state especially since they are trying to sell it, it is made by the same manufacturer and being held there. It was filthy inside,outside, had several scoff marks that could've been compounded..was told they would compound it basically if I bought the car...

They contacted me right away, but unfortunately, this car did have the Xenon head light that I am looking for. Therefore, I cancelled my purchase.

Thus far I am very impressed with their dealership - in particular Mary has been very forthcoming and always willing to address any of my questions.

Shady Dealership, Called about 10 times on separate occasions to get a more accurate pricing on a Genesis G80 because I’ve noticed some fees in the fine print, when asked about it they my number and promise for a call back with price. But when it comes to coming in they are really eager for that smh

Very disappointed- called 15 minutes ahead of my arrival - Mary said the car was available- when I got there it was “just sold” this is the exact practice that gives all dealers a bad rap- of course they tried to get me another car- Not interested!
