2021 Hyundai Santa Fe for Sale in Washington, DC

Entire salesman and sales process was dishonest and unprofessional. Wasted almost my entire day with who I thought were honest people. Was told I had a deal by Karl and set to travel from NC . I got two calls with in 5 minutes of each from two different salesman. One I had not talked with all day and then the original guy telling me someone had just walked into buy the car. Sleaziest I have ever dealt with and I have bought a lot of cars in other states. Not to be trusted by any means!!!!

Sales agent was great but car dealerships really need to work on not having clients wait almost 4.5 hrs to get the deal done..

Mistakenly inquired about an Audi Q3 but ended up going to view and test drive a BMW 4-Series. Although I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle, the customer service was excellent. Rep Tae was of great assistance. Ended up deciding to go with a Mercedes instead, had the Audi dealership had a Pre-owned Benz I would of purchased from them.

SUV was supposed to be certified pre-owner. After telling them that I wasn’t signing anything until I had an inspection report in hand they me wait around for an hour for it. Turns out it had never been inspected so there is no way it could have been certified. Also said they were going to have it inspected the next day and give me a call when it was done. Still waiting on that call 3 weeks later. They also ran my credit after telling them I had my own financing.

12 out 10! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for any type of vehicle! The service was excellent and the welcome was warm. Definitely plan on doing more business with them in the future!

Price of truck was listed on several sites on-line with a note that there was an additional $500 off for Black Friday. We sat down to talk $ and not only was I told no $500 as advertised but there was also a $700 state inspection fee. I asked the sales manager to take the $1200 off, he refused and I left. 30 minutes later, salesman emailed saying they’d take off the $1200. Too little, too late as I was halfway home at that point. Beware!

Terrible experience. Price was listed at 14,280 on car gurus. When we got there, their price was 20,000. Nothing was listed as advertised and none of their math added up to any rebate amounts. Their website had the car listed at 15,280 and the numbers they provided didn’t even match their own website. Terrible Stay away from Heritage.

Bought the car that was advertised. Overall experience was about 4.5 stars. Biggest issue was it took almost 3 hours after I confirmed that we would buy it to complete the paperwork

The car needed, according to my service repair center and the REJECTION safety sticker about $2,000 of shock, strut etc repairs, and the left Head Gasket was leaking, approx $3,000 repair price. Dealership did not tell me of the Head Gasket leaking and I only knew about the under carriage problems because it failed inspection. The dealership did let me take the vehicle to my car service center to have it looked over before purchase. I think I will not purchase this car.

Does not ship cars to Wisconsin. Their advertising says they have easy online buying options, but I was told they would not ship to me. They only work within a 50 mile radius.

After being harassed for a couple of days by this salesperson, I used their "Unsuscribe". They continued harassment and when request to stop they sent personally insulting response. I finally blocked them.
