Used 2021 Ford Mustang for Sale in Florida

i set a date to test drive the car, they said okay and we set a time and date. i arrive and the car isn’t even there. it was getting serviced, so why did an appt set for that car even happen?

My experience was very positive. I was immediately greeted and asked if I would like to look around on my own or if I needed and help. I said I would like to browse and would ask for help when I was ready. I did just that and the help I received was very polite and respectful.

I’ve been a customer since I first relocated to Florida over 20 years ago. I have seen many dealerships come and go over the years but Car Factory remains intact. Longevity speaks for itself right? They must be doing something right and for me they are doing everything right.

very pushy. i simply ask if they where going to post more than 5 photos they had. now i have this guy constantly calling me which I don't like. i have problem with additional info they can always email me that's fine. also though i inquired the car in question is overpriced. which is a no starter. and has gone up in price. sure let pay more for car that's overpriced to begin with. in this environment you to do better pines ford

excellent dealership, no haggle but very fair prices unlike other no-haggle places. The vehicle I bought was in great condition (a few tiny imperfections). they were fast and very, very kind. highly recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle. Rosa was awesome and Henry was great too. Chris the finance guy was very laid back and a pleasure to work with.

Worst experience with a car dealer I have ever had. Price was raised by $300.00. Wouldn’t take a bank note and honor the price listed. Said the car will be more. Sales manager was the worst. Acted like he was doing me a favor. Said he had people lined out the door to buy the car and and pretty much tried to threaten me to buy the car. I was willing to drive 3 hours to buy a car from them. I’m so glad I didn’t. Stand clear avoid this dealer ship.

Great people, loved the car, but not happy with the way they priced. This car is for 24,200 with all their weird fees the out the door price is 29,029 I understand taxes and a few fees but almost 5k in difference from web price is ridiculous.

They advertise cars cheaper than other dealers, I called to make sure the van still available, when I got there the sales person told me they don't have it long timeago. They are not serious.

I vowed years ago when they helped get me into a vehicle when I had horrible credit that when I was doing well financially, I would return and purchase a car that would demonstrate by success. I have just done that. I am still grateful to them for my first purchase and very proud of my new Audi.

I was all set to begin driving for Uber except for my old van. I couldn’t envision any passengers happily hopping into that! Car Factory was happy to accept that as a trade-in and send me off with a nice Ford Fusion perfect for the job.

The car had been sold but lied to me to come, then tried to push another car that wasn’t what I was looking for. I drove 50 miles for nothing, and what a waste of my time

The dealer didn't care about my trade I had to offer. The sales rep. gave a low ball offer and when I provided Documentation showing my vehicle was worth more on trade, we never heard back from them again. They left us unattended and without a sale.......

Wonderful experience. Staff was great and quick to respond to my emails. After my purchase I noticed the side view mirror was shaking and I was able to bring it in the next day to get fixed. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership.

I was spammed by four different "people" via email. I responded to them all and none responded. I called the dealership and someone started texting me. Very slow response. Most of what I was asking about was no longer available. Decided to go elsewhere.

This dealership kept giving me a runaround I signed an agreement to purchase the vehicle then was told when I was ready to purchase it that it was not ready and then was told I couldn't purchase it for cash and the only way I could get it was to go through financing. They sent me texts and emails from 4 different people trying to get me to buy it over 4 days and I tried but no so went with another dealership who completed a deal in 24 hours. I would never recommend this dealership
