Those features were good enough to help the RX450h in crash testing, where it earned a 2020 Top Safety Pick from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The Lexus also earned five stars overall from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The longer 450hL starts at $51,485, and the range-topping 450hL Luxury gets a starting price of $57,485.
