What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Lexus RX Hybrid?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any listing you’re serious about, even when the market looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can verify the condition of the hybrid system, interior electronics, and ride quality. Focus on overall wear, service records, and whether the vehicle’s equipment matches the trim and features advertised.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Lexus RX Hybrid?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.93% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $56,023, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Lexus RX Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $56,025 sits slightly below last year's $60,198.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled enough to improve your buying position now, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive resale environment if prices continue to normalize. The current range still shows healthy demand, though, especially for shoppers who want a luxury hybrid SUV with strong equipment and a premium feel.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Lexus RX Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 38.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.93% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $50,929, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $56,025 average.
• It emphasizes efficiency and offers multiple hybrid choices.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $60,487, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $56,025 average.
• It adds premium materials and a plush, quiet feel.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the best all-around pick if you want a well-equipped luxury hybrid SUV with strong satisfaction and a softer price than last year. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value path; if you want to spend more for a newer alternative, the 2025 is the premium step up.
