They were great and understanding explain everything well I would recommend this dealership for any help

same went car not there. Went to dealer called then show up car not there. Twice

They only sell to locals yet advertise on a national platform. The prices seem to good to be true and there are discouraging reviews that this dealer operates on bait and switch.

The only experience was with this them, they responded after 10 min. Which is good.

Horrible this is why I will Never buy from a dealer. Had a appointment to see specific car, when I got There they said car was out for service

Truck got 6000 miles they know truck got problem and i asked any issues they told me 6000 miles 100% warranty but when I ask in writing they refused.was bad noise underneath the move about 12” after put in park.to me professional salesman have to honest and clear

The price you see listed is the actual price they sell the car for but they add on $1000 worth of fees so just be aware of this! Also ask for Cormilo great sales person!

I went in with specific needs and much to my delight, Jose saw that they were all met. My financial needs were met with a car I love that fits my budget and my lifestyle needs were met because I’m going to love driving it.

I enjoyed spending the day at Car Factory Outlet. I started to walk the lot and saw cars up front. A few sales people came up to me but I made myself clear I didn’t want their help. I was just walking around looking at cars. That’s how I do browsing not on a computer.

I felt so catered to at this place. I was able to test drive five different cars and they didn’t make me feel like I was wasting their time. I left the dealership that day without making a purchase and the lady that was helping me was like “no problem.” Its hard to find good service like that!

Dealership was quick to respond to my enquiry, & I purchased the Nissan. They were eager to meet my requests, and overall the experience was pleasant. My only criticism is that the sales person is lacking in knowledge about the product and the paperwork process associated with the sale.

Contacted dealer about car I was ready to purchase until they added dealer fees that came to over $1000.00 and paperwork fees that came to a thousand and when they got through adding inflated fees a car that was under $6000.00 came to almost $10,000 so I didn’t purchase it.

I was very interested in this vehicle for my daughter but as I live near WPB, and with wanting to limit social interaction, I requested their best out the door price so if it was agreeable, I could just come pay and leave with the car. I received a "canned" response that did not even address what I said in my communication. I responded again requesting a price and received nothing. A day later I received an email from CarGurus saying the car was sold. So, not impressed.

Great experience, car exactly as described, fees fully disclosed, honest salespeople, bought the car, enjoying driving it every day.

Never received information. 3 sellers contacted me and they kept sending default automatic messages.

I felt continual harassment by multiple people. I never ask one question about a product. I received multiple calls from multiple people over several days. Even when I told them I wasn't interested.

Izzy told me dealer add ons (doc fees etc) were $2500. Deterred me totally. Also bonmin advertised on cargurus $499 for shipping to me. He shot that down as well. Said that was not true. What a farce.

I finally spoke to someone at this dealership after they ignored the requests I made through CarGurus.com for several days. Despite indicating on CarGurus that they would ship a car out of state, they told me that they don't do that and they'll only sell to someone who comes to the dealership. They seemed confused, disorganized and unsure of their own way of doing business. It was almost like they didn't care whether or not they sold a car.

This dealer was by far and away the most responsive and technology driven one of all I contacted. They contacted me right away, and provided me with an out the door quote/price in my email within minutes of our conversation as promised. Unlike others. There was no haggle and my price was perfect.

I promised my teenage daughter that I would get her a car if her grades improved. They did and she really wanted an neon orange Dodge Charger. We looked around some places online and they had one here. And it was a real car! Not a gimmick to draw you in. She was so happy happy!

Sam the saleslady (short for Samantha. Don’t call her Samantha though…) here at Car Factory Outlet was so very nice to me even though I explained to her I had bad credit. She was able to make a few phone calls and got me approved to actually make a car purchase! Thank you!

Ms. Sam at Car Factory Outlet was on a mission to help me find a great car at the price I told her I was going to pay. She may have been motivated over the fact that I literally brought cash with me. Real cash! That’s how I roll and I rolled out of there in a new Nissan Titan!

The whole team was great. I hate dealing with dealerships but this experience was painless. no games just straight forward business. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Dealer reached out promptly but, within minutes, the car was supposedly sold. For days after that, I received multiple emails asking me to come over and see/drive that car. I emailed back right after the first attempt, thinking the car might still be available or the sale did not go through but I was told again that the car was sold. I got maybe 6 other stupid emails from the dealer about that specific car until I finally clicked on “unsubscribe” and moved on ...
