Why it stands out
The 2016 Toyota 4Runner remains a compelling option in the ever-shrinking market of true off-road SUVs. It is renowned for its formidable off-road capabilities, with features like crawl-speed control, a locking rear differential, and variable terrain modes that enhance its performance on rugged landscapes. While it offers a robust 4.0-liter V6 engine that produces 270 horsepower and impressive towing capabilities of 5,000 pounds, it also prioritizes functionality with a spacious and comfortable interior. Owners appreciate its reliability, power, and the overall ride experience, although some note that it may feel pricey and could lack certain modern amenities like USB ports and advanced safety features. The 4Runner's strong resale value and long-lasting performance make it an appealing investment for potential buyers.

I love everything about my car, it is the perfect trim above base model and comes with everything I wanted. The car comes with incredible value and I know I would be able to sell it 10 years down the line and still get a lot for it. But I’m going to keep this car until the wheels fall off.
