How much does the 2015 Toyota Highlander cost?

There are 1,465 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2015 Toyota Highlander a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Toyota Highlander earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, spaciousness, and reliability, and many say the roomy back seats and overall driving experience make it feel more luxurious than expected. That fits well if you want a practical, comfort-focused midsize SUV for family use rather than something sporty. With 34.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2015 Toyota Highlander reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The review summary also emphasizes reliability, with owners describing it as dependable and comfortable for everyday use. That kind of feedback matters if you want a used SUV you can count on for family duty and regular commuting. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is choosing a poorly maintained example, so condition and service history should carry extra weight.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Toyota Highlander?

At 55.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

Start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from those with prior damage. Then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on higher-mileage listings or vehicles with incomplete records. Focus on overall condition, maintenance consistency, and signs of past repairs rather than relying on appearance alone.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Toyota Highlander?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,465 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.25% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 55.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $16,483, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Toyota Highlander's resale value?

The current average of $16,651 sits slightly below last year's $17,211.

That softer pricing suggests the market has become a bit more buyer-friendly, which can limit short-term upside for a future seller. If you buy well now, you may have less depreciation pressure than someone who paid closer to last year’s average. Strong condition and clean history will matter a lot if you want to protect value later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Toyota Highlander or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 55.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.25% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2014 if:

• At $15,543, the 2014 costs less than the current year's $16,651 average.
• It feels more engaging than you might expect for a family crossover.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger overall shopping case, the 2015 is the better primary target because it combines solid owner satisfaction with a softer market and decent deal availability. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2014 is the better secondary path, especially if you find one in excellent condition.
