He was ready to sell me a car I didn't want or like. I never said I was interested in the car I said I'll think about it next thing you know he calls me Monday to tell me the car is ready without me confirming I even wanted it. He also kept throwing out numbers an estimated down payment for the car I did want but never just checked to give me an accurate number. Went from $4,000 to ,$5,200 without ever checking. Once I asked about the monthly payment for that kind of down payment and he responded I didn't understand so I asked him to explain and he never responded just yesterday received a letter in the mail why I didn't get approved instead of him ever getting back to me."

My bad experience happened at the end while sitting with the finance person. We had already predetermined how much I was going to put down on the car so I came with cash but not the EXACT dollar amount. I was $5 dollars too high so he marked it down on the contract and said the billing people were gone for the day and that he would mail me the $5 difference. When I came in four days latter, he made up another excuse regarding the $5 but assured me it would be taken care of. The Sales person contacted me regarding a part that was missing on initial delivery of the car, I inquired about the $5 and was told all would be mailed... nothing. I was planning on having the car serviced there but now I will find another dealer. Customer Service isn't a 95% percent game, it's a 100% game. Due to the $5, I will not service my car now; I can't trust them. AND YOU SHOULDN'T TRUST THEM EITHER"
