Buying a car isn't ever an enjoyable experience for me, but VW of Princeton made it a pretty smooth process. We left with the car we wanted at a price we were happy paying, and it wasn't agonizing getting there.

Zero ⭐ This Dealer need to go very long way in Customer service.... At least they need to offer a chair to customer to sit. Before giving a class on credit card how it works, pls they should know customer back ground from which Industry he is from. Thanks for the Credit Card Class.

Did not disclose this vehicle was in a serious accident until I was at the dealership.

The price of the vehicle looked good at $23,990. Until they add on $3685 in fees. Doc fee of $695, delivery fee of $1995 and a dealer fee of $ 995. I understand that the dealership needs to make money. However if you want to charge a certain price. Just be upfront with it. The staff was Pre cool though.

Car was not cleaned. It requires detailing, smoke smell to be removed. Can not decide immediately to go ahead and make a offer.

Wanted to know dealer prep charges and total cost out the door but refused to provide an answer. They wanted me to go in to negotiate. I'm almost 2 hours away and wanted to know additional fees because on their reviews one customer complained about being charged extra $2000 fees. They advertise you can buy online but won't give you total cost. Didn't end up buying vehicle.

I had an apointment to see the car ,at 11:00 AM. at 9:30 ,I confirmed again that I am on my way the car ,the representative said the car is there and they are wating for me. When I got there at 10:45 ,They told me: Sorry the car was sold yesterday, but we have other ones to show to you... that is not integrity, they could have at least told me that car is no longer available before I left my home ,45 minutes driving. I give 1 star.

Purchased vehicle after taking it on test drive. There was no pressure. Rob was very personable. My wife loves the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who may ask.

Someone contacted me and when I questioned them about the car being in and accident they tried to play it off as if it was just a minor incident without really knowing what the incident was.

Not very responsive nor curious. I don't know if the dealer was trying to sell me a car or prove that he knew more about financing than I did. Gave the dealer my VIN number for the car that I was going to trade in. Dealer said that the weekend was not a good time to see the car and Monday would be a better. It sold on Saturday. If I could give no rating, I would.

Dealer was very helpful with info on this vehicle, but Brooklyn location may give pause to potential out of state buyers, given community unrest that is beyond dealers control.

Certified Motorcar has big selection of clean used cars. I made two trips to their Central Jersey location and bought a Subaru Baja. Their customer service is very good and the price of the car was competitive. They showed me their multiple service and detailing areas where the cars are made ready for sale. I have been driving the car to work every day and I'm impressed with how great it drives. A great experience all around!

Dealer took a few days to respond, but answered every question open and honestly.

Very busy dealership. We arrived early. Test drove the car and took it to a mechanic to have it looked at. They told us it needed new roters and the dealership put new ones on. Deal went fairly smooth. Pleasant people.

had a hard time getting Chuck to answer questions in advance of going to look at the vehicle.Dennis was very helpful.When I went to go look at the vehicle (The knew I was coming) It was dirty, needed repairs not something ready to be sold and it been on there lot for a couple of months.

Sold the vehicle I was interested in under my nose with no even a call to tell me it was sold. Drove 3 hours there for nothing. Do not recommend.

Worst dealership experience I have EVER had. Please don’t waste your time here. Extremely unprofessional. They made me Zelle my deposit and the recipient came up as TONY. I have tried contacting them to get a refund and they have not responded. I will be contacting Volkswagen to see if they allow money sent to personal accounts.

Really great experience, no back door pricing, purchasing my 2016 s6 was an easy and pleasing experience.

Very bad experience, they contacted me three day after I contacted them, their attitudes were not great and I was told by Richard that they do not negotiate with online prices at all. The manager Sean never contacted me thereafter.
