The owner and the mechanics are very friendly. the van was clean and the prices was reasonable as advertised no pressure from the owner to sell me the van and after I bought the van The owner delivered it himself to my house with full tank gas and without out fee that was big help he save me two hours of driving.

They sold the car as I was was on my way to buy it for the full cash price the next day. I made an appointment on sat. September 19, 2020 with the salesman to pick up the car on Wednesday September 23, 2020. I got a call from the salesman on Tuesday, the 21st day of September telling me that they had sold the car that I was on my way to purchase and I was too late.

Very responsive initially. Haven’t seen where the vehicle was sold though and I did not get follow-up to some specific concerns I had about the finish in two places where I was looking for somebody to confirm or deny what I thought I was seeing in the pics. So, without confirmation, I never made the drive to check this vehicle out.

They were great, Helpful, patient, friendly listened communicated with answered questions represented to them.

I bought a cash from this scoundrels dealership. Their customer service is horrible! They lied about everything, from their advertising to delivering my title, which I am still waiting on nearly two months after purchase. They even refused to extend my 30 day temp tag even though DMV suggested it. have lost use of my car I paid cash for. These people are pathetic!

Complete misrepresentation of vehicle. Had 1000 more miles, many paint scrapes, scratches. Paint also bubbled up around fender wells. Tires barely pass inspection, would need replaced.

Victoria has been very up front on everything. She took video of the truck and sent it to me, answered all of my questions, and explained the process of inspection in her state so I know what is required. I will be picking up the vehicle this Saturday and hope the everything is as transparent and easy going as Victoria has been.

I will never ever recommend anybody I know to do business with this dealer...just because my bank called them,he changed his mind on the price he gave...I have my receipt for the business .I thank God I collected my money and I even got a better highlander more than there own with a better mileage

The salesman was great but the vehicle was not , the front bumper was damaged and that means in Maryland it wouldn’t pass inspection . It needed an alignment and a few other things were wrong . Best price for that is 1500 bucks it’s not work 5,500
