They made contact and responded to a question I had about the GVWR of the van. I'm still trucking over the road but will keep them in mind for when a Im ready for van.

Got 2 miles up the road and truck death wobbled. Immediately took it back

I tried to meet with Sam and he would not return my call, so I gave him a second chance and went back out there, I meet him on the porch and we talked and he didn’t have anything in my price range so I went hom, later that day he taxed me and didn’t even remember me showing up or even what we had talked about. I will not be going back for a third chance . Not a good Experience at all. Who like to be called a liar.

they kept sending me generic automated text messages and emails and never would answer any questions or give me a price on the vehicle.

I'll never waste my time to return to that dealership!!! The salesman that we had was more interested in what another salesman did wrong and chewing him out than taking care of my wife's and my needs. We were standing on the porch for a few minutes and then left standing in the sales lot for over 5 minutes before we just left and went home

Contacted dealer, got a response & asked for details on truck & never got another response. This was the second time, I tried to deal with these people & both times were very non productive. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

They contacted but they never read the contact email comments. I asked two questions and their reply was only how can we help you.

Dealer followed up with me and was very friendly. I had to postpone my plans to purchase.

Love the prompt service over the phone

I give Arriba two stars because the saleslady was very nice and I feel she tried to get me the information I asked for, the price. I live 300 miles away and wanted to make a cash deal. Without a price, I cannot justify driving that far to dicker. I wanted the truck, but if we can't even reach a ballpark figure, I'm not going to take a full day to see if I can make a deal. So, other than the nice lady, I rate Arriba Motors a zero.

My biggest complaint is their response time. They are not quick to respond and when they do it's as if they never read the email or information that was sent. But their prices are reasonable.

I asked for a price and all I got was three automated responses saying” you haven’t heard from you regarding your request “. I never got information requested. So I would say they are not interested in dealing with on line customers. Only bird in hand on lot.

Trash Car stopped working 1 week after purchase.

Didn’t give much info. Nor did they respond to my inquiry for the info the first ever so times. I can’t express enough my dissatisfaction

Not worth a rating. Guy was excessively rude, disrespectful and belligerent. I believe he said he was credit manager. I told him I didnt need financial assistance he blew up. Called next day to file complaint. They didnt seem to be concerned. I would not refer this business to anyone. They seem only interested in people with bad credit and big down payments. Good luck with that.
