Volkswagen dealerships near me (NY)

The car had rust in several parts of the body which of course the pictures didn’t show. I found it to be incredibly deceiving. This place, the showroom, smelled like someone had been boiling eggs since early Morning..(we were there at 3 PM.) it was freezing outside, but we chose to stay outside instead of inside, because of the smell. Nothing negative to say about the sales person.

Saw a car on carguru that i was looking for. I tried to make an offer online. It was a New Ford for which i was paying 5k above msrp. Got confirmation and just needed to finalize the deal. Got assigned concierge and a sales rep called me with no idea of the price that i had agreed. They were very nice over the phone wanted me to go to dealership to see the car. Then they told me that the price was not correct and that i should have seen 20k above msrp. So advertised price was incorrect. They have the right in the booking system to change the price so they were in their right but this is not professional and not acceptable in my view.
