Worst car shopping experience I've ever had. Long story, short version: I told the salesman several times that I did not want them to apply for financing at multiple banks. I wanted to give my current bank a chance first. I also wanted to wait until they made an offer on my trade. Salesman agreed. As soon as he made it to the managers office I started getting bombarded with emails about the financing they just signed me up for. Had to ask several times about my trade. Salesman kept dodging the question was very pushy once I said no to their offer.

Very poor experience, the car I wanted to see was sold and the dealership did not tell me this prior to my appointment. Then they proceeded to show me a car that was twice my budget, but did not tell me the price until I’d already seen it. While everyone was friendly enough, I felt like they did not care about what I wanted and needed & only cared about making a sale.
