Dealership has multiple vehicles falsely listed. They show images of a nicer vehicle than what they actually have on the lot. This is called bait and switch, take your business elsewhere.

Being relatively new to Florida, this was my first visit to CarLink Ft Myers. I had an inquiry to a different dealership in Sarasota that never returned my call about a luxury SUV I was interested in to purchase for my wife. I found a listing at Carlink and decided to check the car out Saturday afternoon. I was impressed with the variety of automobiles and the quality of inventory. The staff are all friendly, professional and well informed. The Team at CarLink redefined a car purchase experience for me. From the no pressure, initial meeting with Ed to the delivery of the car with a set of new tires. I am sure my case was unique, but it demonstrated their focus on customer satisfaction. I will definitely go to CarLink first when I am in search for another vehicle.

They had the exact vehicle in stock. It was a trade-in that was never inspected the battery was dead on arrival and had to be jumped. The test drive was short just around the block. After the drive I tried to negotiate the price which was slightly more than listed, but they didn't budge. They instead offered me a new battery and that I could pick it up in a few days. I waited for the scheduled time but when I arrived one of the show rooms cars had an oil leak and the truck still had the same old battery. I then waited another 24 hours to pick up the truck. When I got it, it wasn't cleaned nore washed. It still had drywall dust and dirt inside of it, and it was still dirty outside too. Then 2 days after purchasing it the front wheel hub bearing broke. So I called and asked about what their policy was about the vehicle breaking after 2 days. I was told that they really don't do anything about that it was a trade-in anyway, but they could install the part for me if I were to purchase it.
