Trash. Came in to purchase a truck. Walked up to help desk, said I’d like to see a particular truck. They respond “phone number”. I say no thank you, I’d just like to look at the truck. They say well that’s the process. I say ok and leave as they laugh about it. They’re also still adding $4k markups on their trucks. Just another shady pack of scumbags disguised as a car dealer. I look forward to the day all dealers told and we deal direct with the manufacturers.

Tom Redd and Jose Chichipa were excellent communicators. They continue to follow up with me on other options to try and get me within my budget.

This dealership, these guys…..they really went out of their way to make buying a car even possible for me. I had to have one certain mechanic who was 15mi away approve any car I bought. I went through 4 dealerships before I found Auto Tech. One of them tried to sell me a car that had no catalytic converter but some sort of a fake one welded in. I would have bought that car perfect color really nice. If I had it would never have passed smog. I tell you about the crap dealership so I can show you the difference a good dealership makes A.J. From Auto Tech went with me to my mechanic. While we’re there the two of them start talking cars. I’m off where they think I can’t hear. When A J. Heard that story he yells “That’s illegal they can’t do that “ AJ has no idea what kind of creeps are out there. Because this dealership wouldn’t even consider doing anything like that. Buying process painless. All the Carfax notices not just discussed but, actually pointed out to me. Honest people go.
