Worse experience, had Kevon Cole, car was priced at $25k, I signed the purchase agreement, and next day he said they made a mistake and they want $39k They made me fill up a back group check form and took my driver's license photo and took my credit card information and never confirmed that they discard my personal information. Stay away

His very good and onset dealer

A mega dealership with integrity and lots of nice and helpful employees, highest recommendation.

Buyer beware, especially if shopping from out of town. The dealer was friendly enough through the sale. Started playing weird games, once I agreed to buy the vehicle. Overcharged for taxes with the promise of a refund for overcharges after title and registration were finished. Dealer sent wrong plates and did not send a final invoice (or refund the correct amount). When trying to contact the dealer about the mix up, I could not get a return call. Took calling 3 different sales managers to finally get a call. They did not seem concerned about the mix up, leads me to believe they are incompetent or shady (most likely the second, seems like maybe they did it on purpose). Later found out the car had at least 2 minor accidents, service tech at a different Toyota dealership, pointed them out fairly quickly and easily.... They claimed it was no accidents and fully checked out.... Rear shock was seriously leaking, their service center missed this also, again either incompetent or shady.
