Love my new truck

Little to no communication from multiple staff including a sales "manager". I originally sent emails trying to inquire about a car around a week ago. I was called and told by the sales manager i would be assigned a sales person and they would email me information. 3 days later i did not receive anything. I called the dealership and spoke to somone else attempting to purchase the same car. I submitted a loan application and was told the next day they are "still waiting to hear anything back, i will let you know tomorrow". Two days later i get another email "are you still interested in the car". I said "yes, the last i knew you were "waiting to hear something back"." No response. I will simply take my business elsewhere, i just wish i didnt waste a week or more of my time with this dealership.

The car was priced at $17990 when I called They told me it’s $19990 they don’t honor their advertised price. How they are doing business !

I filled out the form, no response. I called, left a message, no response. I called again and spoke with a woman, she said someone would call me, no call back. I don’t know if it was available when I called, no response. Later i got a text asking me random questions not related to this vehicle.

I spoke to them once. They said the car was getting prepped and they would get back to me when it was ready. They never followed up again.

They seem to have a small inventory as you drive by from the street view. I was particularly looking for used vehicles. I contacted the dealership and they responded with questions that I questions about. So I replied back with more questions on a small used car. It seems they have a one set price like "CARMAX" as it was stated. So I was able to drive the car and it did ok so I continued to look at the engine bay, interior, exterior a bit more in detail. I found a few things that would definitely make anyone say hey, this needs fixing. As I brought those issues to there attention they still stated they have a one set price. So beware that if you find something wrong with used cars it does not matter since they had a one set price. I offered a few other alternatives that would be more acceptable for me to purchase the vehicle but they were ignored. So another sales manager contacted me and wanted to know what my " price" would be and they also stated the GM is too busy to engage in
