Toyota dealerships near me (La Crescenta, CA)

Was contacted they had this rare vehicle I requested in apparent inventory. I Made multiple phone calls without getting a response. Then I got a text the vehicle was no longer available. I never spoke to anyone or was allowed to price negotiate.

they played a very common ame with me that Ive read on reviews from other dealerships. They called to confirm the car was there and set up an appointment that same morning. I drove an hour there only to find that not only was the agent I set up the appointment with and had been talking to not there, the car was not there either. They said it was sold the day before, when I was talking to the same salesman who said it was there. I had my husband call later that same day just to see whether they would say it was sold, but of course they told him it was indeed there, they checked and he should come on in. I was able to work with another local dealer who was up front and transparent and did not play any games and I bought a highlander off their lot. Like all these dealerships using bait cars to get people in the door, it only creates distrust and disrespects your customers time and ultimately tarnishes their own reputations. They lost my business

The SUV I was looking at had several issues from different miles stated to bad tires and one sliced . Price advertised was denied and a higher price was asked . We tasked to get the tires replaced and was told only 1 of 4 tires would be replace and manager wasn’t to happy to help . We really liked the suv we drove 50 minutes to go see it . Just a bad experience !
