This was the worst customer experience I have ever had as a buyer. The customer service was extremely poor, with absolutely no personalized attention. It was very disrespectful to have my emails repeatedly ignored. Judie didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that they were no longer interested in selling me the vehicle. I was prepared to pay the full retail price and all applicable taxes without financing, yet I received no communication or explanation. A simple response would have been enough. Instead, I was left waiting with no updates despite multiple attempts to follow up. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I will certainly share my experience with my friends and family in Maryland and the surrounding areas, as well as with my followers and business network, so they can make an informed decision before doing business here.

It wasn't a very good experience; I don't think they were very honest. Also, the car has a lot of cosmetic flaws, the seats were very dirty, and the remote control didn't work.

It's an exciting experienced with Jim Coleman Toyota. They provided me with goods costumers service, and gave me the best rate of financing. I enjoyed every detail explanation they gave me on the highlander platinum max. Everything was very quick, and I drove out with my car happily after completing the necessary documentation process.

HORRIBLE purchasing experience and I would have walked away about 10 times but really wanted the vehicle. It took 3 hours to complete the paperwork, which was beyond painful.

Sid Swamy was a great salesman. Showed us everything we wanted and was very knowledgeable. The indoor warehouse experience with A/C was great as all the cars were clean and open to look at. A different and enjoyable car buying experience.

While my salesperson Andrew and finance manager Alex were helpful, overall this was one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve had in nearly 50 years. I purchased this 2019 Toyota Yaris and began noticing problems almost immediately. We left for a previously planned trip shortly afterward, and when we returned, I took the vehicle to Heritage Toyota for my required Maryland inspection. The vehicle FAILED inspection and required repairs. I returned to Koons within three weeks of purchasing it and asked to return the vehicle, but they would not refund my $4,000 down payment. I ultimately had to trade the Yaris and lost thousands of dollars in the process. Beyond the financial loss, this ordeal cost me countless hours dealing with inspections, repairs, trips back to the dealership (which was an hour away from my home), and ultimately replacing a vehicle I had owned for less than a month. I would not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership ever again.
