Toyota dealerships near me (Fairfield, OH)

They posted a Grand Highlander Hybrid - an extremely limited available SUV - for a price discounted from the MSRP. Most of these vehicles are already reserved when posted to Car Gurus. I decided to check the listing and contacted the dealer. Their response was unbelievable. They claimed my inquiry was for a 2022 used Highlander..I was previously interested in a Highlander in 2022 and am pretty sure even a new Platinum did not sell for $56,833! Additional communications with dealer and sales representative continued to imply my inquiry was for a 2022 Highlander even though I attached the screen shot of the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid MAX Platinum they posted for $56,833. The post was either an attempt to gain interested Grand Highlander Hybrid consumer's personal information or a display of extreme incompetence.This was not a simple mix-up.

Disappointing: they don't service a vehicle until you purchase it, THEN they'll run it thru the line. And actually told me that when I called about the car & it's service history.

Wonderful experience with Brad and the credit manager. The car was real nice. Very good test drive.

The staff was very friendly but I believe they were trying to do the bait and switch with this truck. I contacted them within minutes of it hitting the internet and got the typical "its already sold" speech but of course they had a different vehicle meeting my wants and needs but at a much more hefty price tag. There is no way that a running/driving 2014 diesel truck will sell for $9,950. Like I said the staff was very friendly and I believe they truly wanted to put me in a vehicle but just not the one I was interested in since it was already sold.

This dealership was very responsive at first but after we drove over an hour to test drive the car they weren’t. We had told them we would be out of town for the weekend and when we had a text back said would be in touch on Monday to make offer but car was sold without letting us know someone else was interested to make our offer first. Disappointed
