I wish I could leave zero stars! The worst place they had it listed as one price and then wouldn’t tell me anything over the phone wanted me to go down there so I drove the hour to see the vehicle then the price was like 8,000 more than listed also when asking my options and what a cash price would be Frank said “You think Toyota needs your cash” uhm okay haha never in my life have I been at a dealership where they made it seem like I should be so lucky to be doing business with them what a joke of a place!!

I have spent over a week trying to purchase this CPO. Approved credit + trade in ready to go. Waiting for confirmation of terms I find out salesman is off & not working that day. Okay no problem, call the next day & off again. No one is getting back to me. Friday - Memorial Day I wait for a call back still. 5pm get a text asking if I am still interested. I tell him No because they never confirmed terms. They added a "OPTIONAL" $1500 Zurich sealer to purchase price and would not remove it. I declined the offer and while they tried to justify the price, the Sales Manager said the purchase price was raised $2200 (just for the busy weekend) and there was nothing he could do about it. That was it for me! They tried to back peddle but NO THANK YOU!!

Steve was very helpful. He showed me all the features of the Camry. Wonderful customer service. I didn't get the car because my wife didn't want a Camry (I only found out after I told her about it) but it was a great experience.
