They tried to low ball me on the price of my trade in and said it was non negotiable. The dealer was trying to lie about car depreciation. I found the process of chatting with him was a waste of time.

Dealership responded promptly, however, due to distance and calendar restrictions on my end I was not able to visit. Also, still undecided on vehicle, as I am assisting my son in Colorado.

Had a fantastic experience working with Charlie at Classic Toyota. He was very responsive and patient with me as I requested videos and photos of the vehicle (I was from out of town). I ultimately bought the vehicle from classic Toyota and had a great experience! They didn't add on a bunch of extra fees etc. the vehicle was very clean and had a full tank when I picked it up! I'd definitely consider going back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with our salesman, Jalen. He was very helpful and did not pressure us in any way. I image our time there was average though it seemed long to me. There were no outstanding hold ups and things ran smoothly. Would have no problem seeking them out if we needed another car.
