This dealership only cared about getting a sale out. I contacted them a few hours after this car was posted. This was before there were any pictures up, there wasnt any price on it yet and i scheduled an appointment to inspect it and take it for a test drive. They sold the vehicle without telling me and i drove 2 hours to go see something that was no longer there. Avoid this place

Very good response time. Thank you to Veronica from internet sales. I ended up buying from private party but service was excellent at Arlington Toyota. Danny Lozano in sales helped me and was very courteous. Sorry it did not end in a sale but my experience was very good. If you need a great salesman with no sales pressure contact Danny. Bunch of Scammers Please be aware of this dealership! Financial service is scam. They are just trying to make money. Don't pay for any extended warranty or certification. Negotiate with them and you will get it for free. Worst Dealer in Chicago land area or may be in entire United States. I went to purchase Toyota Sienna there. I liked the vehicle so I finalized the price and proceed further for purchase and financing the vehicle. I was told by the sales person "Roman" that I can do my first maintenance over there and then after I can go to another Toyota dealership for further maintenance which was included in the warranty. Also, He told me that I can pay my down payment of $4500 with two different credit card as they have limit of $3000 per credit card. I agreed to that and then he collect all the information and run my credit for financing. After half an hour of wait I was send to finance service and the financial Analyst called me in and told me that interest rate for first time buyer is too high and you r rate is 6.99%. Also, he was forcing me to purchase extended warranty for $2800 extra. Interest rate was bit high than what I expected so I told him that I will give some money for deposit and hold the vehicle for couple of days so I can finance it from outside. He declined my proposal and told me that he can not hold the vehicle. So, I decided to leave without purchasing the vehicle due to high interest rate. Then he said that he can do 4.1% and I again agreed to his condition as I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Financial Service member then started working on the documentation and after all the formalities was done he asked for down-payment so I told him that as per conversation with sales person "Roman" here are the two credit cards I would like to use. He told me that you can not pay more than $3000 with your credit card. I told him that I already spoke with your Sales person about this matter and he was agreed to it. So, Financial service guy called sales person "ROMAN" in his office and then Roman came in and said that he forgot to tell us that credit card limit was $3000. I told them that it was not my fault and I clearly stated that I can only do my payment with credit card so now what do you want me to do. I was told that they cannot do anything so I left the dealership without purchasing the vehicle. I spend almost five hours at dealership for nothing.

Dealer contacted me, emailed me and texted me. All of which I replied to. Over the next few days they continued to ask if I was contacted or spoke to anyone. I explained in text and email that I did. While the experience was short, it felt nobody was on the same page and they have some communications issues.

Richardo Estrada was nothing but helpful, he showed us the new camry and explained every little feature. He understood we had a budget and tried his best to help us stay under it. Very understanding and patient young man will recommend him and this dealership everywhere I go! They gave me free service for my car and free car washes!

We bought the vehicle and then waited for them to detail it. I waited 3-4 hours and it was lucky if it went through a cheap car wash. The vehicle was so low on fuel I barely made it to the gas station. Good price on the vehicle horrible service!

Salesperson, Howie was great! Sadly, they had a car on the lot that they hadn't tested. The rear tires were cupped & the rear made a vibration & noise. They did promise to fix if I bought, still considering them...

unorganized and didn't seem to know what was going on.... had to wait to test drive vehicle bcuz vehicle had no gas... that was after waiting to get vehicle out of show room. then dealership continued to call to schedule test drive after we already did and vehicle was bought.

They were helpful and professional. Aziz (spelling?), my rep, was gracious and not overtly aggressive. Because I was paying cash and needed to transfer some funds, they released the car into my possession with about a 50% payment and actually held my check for the remainder for a day or two after I told them they could cash it. When a minor problem -- that may well have been my fault developed later in the week, Aziz responded in a timely fashion to my call and told me to bring it into service. The individual who runs used car sales took a personal role and managed a quick fix at no charge. Furthermore, since we mutually decided not to pursue a trade-in, they graciously allowed me to leave my old car on their property for several days before I was able to retrieve it to sell elsewhere. All in all, a pretty class act.

Emailed this dealer regarding on the road prices on this escape and they answered very promptly. After meeting their manager Amin, I was turned over to Ricky who helped me test drive multiple SUV's until we found the perfect one. They even helped me get approved at a decent rate even though I have only been in the country for 6 months. Thank you all I really appreciate it!!!!!!

I called to inquire about this vehicle and was told it was still available. I scheduled a appointment for a test drive and the vehicle was very nice. I purchased this vehicle, but not without problems. I went with a down payment to secure the vehicle and was offered financing from the Arlington Toyota, but I politely told them that I was pre approved with my credit union. A manager by the name of Ali came and stated that they couldn't hold or accept my down payment, because if someone comes in to buy they would sell it. Mr. Ali stated if I return with a check from the credit union if this vehicle is still available your free to purchase it. I left and called back and asked to speak to the store manager. The store manager made it clear that I DID NOT FINANCE WITH ARLINGTON TOYOTA SO THEY DO NOT HOLD USED CARS. I explained to him that I'm not going to waste my time going through the process if he couldn't guarantee me that the vehicle would still be available. I also explained to him that my down payment of several thousand dollars was refused to secure the sale of this vehicle and I feel I was treated UNFAIRLY during my visit in his dealership. He then offered to hold. After purchasing the vehicle I realized that the car did not have car mats and i was given 1 car key with no spare key. I complained about this and NOTHING have been done to correct this problem. I will give credit where it's due. The salesman Mauricio was very courteous, polite and very professional. Overall, I gave this dealership 2 stars, because the customer service that I experienced from management was terrible. So, to the management team that reads this review PLEASE do not ask me to call you, because I have and you still have yet to rectify the problem. My car buying experience should have been less stressful. I will never shop for a vehicle at this dealership again.

Not realistic with pricing. Salesman and Sales Manager had ample opportunities to earn my business, but I felt they undervalued trade and didn't negotiate. This dealer isn't trustworthy.

The car broke down 12 hrs after purchase. Needed a new MAF sensor. They cleaned old one, put it back in. 2 wks later, check engine light came on. Got it checked out, same problem. 3 days after purchase, the breaking system went out. Grand total for that, $1800. 12 days after purchase, panoramic Sunroof goes out. Grand total for that, 5k. They told me they will not fix this car. I was sold a piece crap. I've had it for 2 weeks, and it's only been drivable 3 days. They said they'd refund the car before they did any repairs. I've put 2k in it in the 12 days I owned it before the sunroof failed. I replaced the break system. Why would I do all the repairs for them for free, and refund it and only get the purchase price back? That's the craziest thing I've heard. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The used car"manager"/idiot called me screaming. He was mad because another employee told me they'd fix the sensor, this was the day after purchase. He said, "Is Sandra going to pay your DAMN bill since she offered to fix it". I told him I didn't know, and didn't know why he was screaming at me. Saying, "This is your problem, all sells are as is, that's the risk when you buy a used car". I then asked him if they inspect their used cars throughly, because I was told they did. He said, "sometimes". I finally had to hang up the phone because I couldn't tolerate his yelling and cursing any longer. Many more words were exchanged in this conversation. I'm pregnant, and considered high risk and the last thing I need is stress from him yelling and cursing at me. As well as an undependable car. Thanks Arlington. Thanks for nothing. I will continue to post my review, which is 100% true and factual until you fix this BMW. I will not stop, and I won't go away.

I only had one question. I asked if the car was a diesel. They must have call takers because she had to check with sales. She called me back right away and answered the question. If they were more agile they would have offered to find me a diesel. They answered my question but lost a sale.

There are few sales rep who want to rip you off. They will put u in corner to buy certain packages from them adding to the cost of car. Person named Alex was ridiculous and rude. Don't check vehicle before delivery. Make sure before buying everything is okay even the smallest thing like floor matt. Matthew was awesome who helped me a lot and added freebies. So beware of this dealership.

When I went to look at the car it was listed for over $2,000 more at the dealership. Since I mentioned this site they said they would honor this price. When it came time to negotiation, they said my trade-in was not worth what it was appraised for and said they would offer me more for my trade-in...but would have to raise the sticker price? They tried to alleviate the situation by throwing in a $1,500 extended warranty which I did not want but somehow still ended up getting. I ended up purchasing the car from this dealer, which I somewhat regret, and did so because it was late, I felt extremely rushed, and taken advantage of. Also, when I drove off of the lot I realized I had less than a half tank of gas in it and they did not wash the car. I will not be back nor recommend this dealer to anyone; however, I have them 3 stars because some of their staff was great and initially they did negotiate well with me.

The dealership was clean and people were friendly. The price on here did not reflect the price I paid for the vehicle, but it was still a good deal. However, I was told by the sales manager "we don't use cargurus.com I am not sure why our vehicle is on there." Yet ever coresponance I have had from the dealer since my purchase has come through cargurus.com or has referenced it. The sales woman was friendly, but new and was somewhat scatter brained. I ended up waiting after all was said and done about another 45 minutes before my car was ready to drive off the lot. All in all it was a fair experience, and if they had another good deal I would buy from them again.

I was told to go see the vehicle and drove 45 miles, one way, and when I arrived, it wasn't there. It was "unsafe" and sent to auction. If that was the case, why in the world would a dealership post an unsafe vehicle online? Just an overall not good experience.

We had alot of apprehension about buying a car over the internet and having it delivered to us (almost 1,000 miles away). But our experience with Arlington Toyota was great! Because we couldn't see the car ourselves, we hired a local car appraiser who checked the car out and sent us a thorough report with pictures. When the car arrived it was everything the dealer said it was and we are very happy with it. Our salesman, John K. was very helpful and pleasant and I would recommend the dealership, the car appraiser and the car transporter. What could have been a horrible experience was actually a delight!
