Toyota dealerships near me (Corona, CA)

I believe this dealership will be very helpful when I am ready to purchase. They reached out promptly and ready to help.

Inquired about a vehicle they had in stock and set up an appointment. Arrived on the day of to find that the vehicle was listed incorrectly and wasn't the correct trim. They acknowledged the mistake and said they'd fix it on their website/online. The tried to show me other models but we had no interest and walked away. Two weeks later I see the vehicle still listed on their website and call them and inquire if maybe there was a mistake and the vehicle is actually there. They scour the lot and don't find it and say they will update their listing on their website. Another week later the listing is still there and this is starting to look more and more like just bait. If not it's just poor management of inventory.

I am an out of state buyer. Fernando was very helpful with the initial response and willingness to get me an out the door price. I was contacted by Mr. Hector Sanchez. There was some back and forth, he was very transparent. The caveat to this transaction was I wanted to avoid a hard inquiry on my credit. I was bringing in my own financing, therefore the dealership requires a credit app and inquiry. I decided on a cash transaction. I called back and informed Mr. Sanchez, he then informed me that the dealership policy is, because I am not in the dealership physically, with the cash, and despite a 1000.00 hold I would give to hold the vehicle until Sunday morning, would still require a credit application and inquiry. I truly believe this is an unreasonable policy for a cash buyer. My rating would have been 1 but there was a little integrity in the beginning of the deal.

I wish I could leave zero stars! The worst place they had it listed as one price and then wouldn’t tell me anything over the phone wanted me to go down there so I drove the hour to see the vehicle then the price was like 8,000 more than listed also when asking my options and what a cash price would be Frank said “You think Toyota needs your cash” uhm okay haha never in my life have I been at a dealership where they made it seem like I should be so lucky to be doing business with them what a joke of a place!!

No pictures of the car were posted. Pictures would of saved time contacting the dealer for both buyer and seller. Dealer responded promptly.

Steve was very helpful. He showed me all the features of the Camry. Wonderful customer service. I didn't get the car because my wife didn't want a Camry (I only found out after I told her about it) but it was a great experience.
