they never responded to my message

Terrible experience. First of all they was only one pic online. Whent in to see it in person. Started loan online, ran my credit, told me truck was ready to go. Then, tell me that it needed smog and they were going to fix it. Reach out again, now they tell me one of his drivers sold it last night. Bad communication, unprofessional, unorganized. Go to a real dealer of you want to buy a car. I will never do business with them, and never recommend. Stay away from this place.

They were knowledgeable about the vehicle.

I spoke with the manager and told them to NOT run my credit and that I was going to speak with my previous lean holder about my load being paid off. I explicitly told them do not run my credit. I just wanted vehicle information. I did not sign or authorize anything. After getting off of the phone...I was alerted by my credit app that he chose to run my credit and after speaking to the credit bureau, ran it more than once over the course of a couple months. This has hurt my credit and ability to get a vehicle. Will never do business with them.

Dealership never responded

Jonathan is a very honest person. He went out of his way to meet with us on New Year’s Day and he explained everything to us that was in writing. I would highly recommend this dealership. It’s small but very professional.

Under no circumstances buy a car here. They try to force you to pay $1700 for “optional theft protection devices” that they don’t disclose. I was told the car I bought had recently been serviced & I took it to my mechanic who laughed at that. Very dishonest. They have an F with the Better Business Bureau.
