I reached out after finding a vehicle my family wanted to see and maybe purchase. I reached out made an appointment at 4:50pm for the next morning as the drive was an hour and a half away. Left early morning to make our appointment right when they open. Drove me and my family all the way there for them to tell me that they sold the car right after I made the appointment. They didn't even call to say they sold the car. Stay away. They bait and switch.

Best buying experience i could ever ask for

Over this experience was actually really great. Karnoush was amazing if he’s available get him! Seriously. We are from Sonora and we do well with REAL honesty. Our direct sale guy was that, the owner you could really tell was trying to sell us kn the fact that they did a lot to this vehicle, and it was ALL standard stuff that any car dealership would do, and used it as a non negotiating point and wouldn’t move barely at all on the price. They DID get us the monthly numbers, but I am also well aware that the is ways to do it. I looked up the Kelly blue book trade in value of the car from multiple dealerships and the main guy wasn’t even trying to hear it.

The vehicle listed didn't exist. Listing said 2026 tacoma trd off road manual transmission but there was no such vehicle available. Even with pictures provided.

Staff was unpleasant and seemed to be bothered. Car was also not available to look at our test drive. If car is not available then why would they post it for sale. Will definitely never do business with Livermore Toyota due to experience i had with their unhelpful staff. They all seemed to have an attitude and i kept getting passed around from person to person. The only one that was helpful was Jesus Guzman but he then attempted to sell me a car that i couldn’t even test drive myself. His manager or supervisor was middle eastern and did not seem to care about what i had to ask in order to get vehicle details.
