Excellent transaction

Very polite and worked with us within our budget to put us into a car.

This was a great experience for me. I haven’t purchased a car in a long time. But everyone; the sales woman; the finance manager and the office manager were all so great and answered all my questions. Making sure the car was ok. They were all fabulous and I’m so pleased I was able to find a great car!

Non responsive very poor communication

I didn't end up buy any car but the owner was very helpful and was honest about not negotiating the price. The price was a bit too high and I am continuing my search

I felt that the dealership was kind and helpful. The owner even stayed late on a Sunday while I commuted from SF to Hayward. Very nice family.

I haven't heard back from them at all.
