My experience with Breon Bennet was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Breon contacted me about a Suburban and encouraged me to drive an hour to come see it. When I arrived, I was told the vehicle had already been sold a week earlier. At no point did anyone bother to notify me before I made the trip. To make matters worse, Breon didn’t even come out to address the situation himself. I drove an hour for a vehicle that didn’t exist anymore because no one could take 30 seconds to send a text or make a call. This shows a serious lack of respect for a customer’s time and basic professionalism. Situations like this are exactly why dealerships lose trust with buyers. Management should seriously review how this situation was handled and whether Breon Bennet is representing their business appropriately. I have also made it clear that I do not wish to be contacted any further. Take your business somewhere that actually respects customers’ time.

I really enjoyed working with Emilio while test driving the 4Runner. His expertise and demeanor was top-notch. While making the final deal, Emilio and Craig, listened and helped close the deal in a most professional way. During the final paperwork and payment phase, Alex made the process smooth. Car was as advertised and dealership was pleasant to work with. Staff are all very nice and helpful. However, the dealership practices UPSELLING and we were told at the end after we decided that we wanted the car that we "had no choice" but to buy a tire nitrogen policy ($1085)and car towing and windshield protection plan ($1398) that we already buy through our insurance company. We told them this, but the response was if we wanted the car then we had to pay the added amounts. So be prepared if you go to this dealership. We essentially ended up giving them our trade-in for next to nothing.

The place is terrible. They lie to you and add extra fees but the worst part is the fees they add after you close the deal and then they almost force you to pay for them. Look out for recon fees.
