I am leaving a one star review for this dealership for many reasons. I had been looking at a car there for over a week and couldn’t drive out because of work, i contacted the dealership and made an appointment to look at a car on the weekend. I drove 6 hours to this dealership for a specific car they had and they knew I was driving that far. This car had been there for over a month so they told me not to worry about it being sold. They called me made sure I was still coming and I told them I was an hour away! When I arrived they texted me someone is buying the car. I had cash in the car and had an appointment to buy this car. The people buying the car had been there for probably over an hour because they were almost done with paperwork. I get that it’s first come first serve but they told me not to worry about it, me thinking they would put it on hold since I had an appointment and had full intentions of buying the car. There is more to it but it won’t let me type more. 1 star!!!!

Polite and courteous

Not responsive to my questions. Did not provide a trade in estimate although I spoke in person with him and reminded him by email later. Only notifications since then is that they’ve raised the price of the car I wanted.

I bought the car but it did not come with a charging cable. They could have told me before the I made the purchase.

The first salesman I talked to was very nice (Mike) and seemed to know enough about the car. However after the test drive that’s where the friendliness ended. They were uninterested in selling the car it seemed. Late/no replies, not submitting applications, not following up. Overall very unprofessional.
