Wanted to purchase a 2026 Durango 392 from out of state. They offer nationwide shipping of vehicles on their website. Here’s the response I got when asking about it: Yes, the white Durango 392 is available and on ground. We have had a lot of interest in this one, so all deals and numbers are being worked up in store with our sales managers only. So they offer shipping but you can’t work numbers unless your in the store.

I went to dealership to see the car that I was looking at online. I got there talked to a salesman and he showed me the vehicle and was very helpful. Test drove the car and talked numbers and everything went good. The salesman and finance team were very helpful.

Coming into this dealer for a second time, i figured over the years they would of changed, but the sales men are rude have no sense of humor barely talk much. wouldn’t budge in the price, the car had dents and scratches, wheels were curb rashed the car was in two accidents and had multiple owners and Wouldn’t budge on the price being that it was a higher mileage car. Honestly was a waste of time to go.

The salesman wasn't being transparent, he tried to hide certain information on the vehicle, there wasn't any floor mat , owner's manual etc.

The sales person was the worst car sales guy I have ever come across, very rude in his approach, did not listen to the Customer, this was a “bottom of the barrel” experience, will never go back to this Dealership

They were not really for my appointment I made. The 2nd car I wanted to look at was being driven by their manager who was on vacation. Then they were going to tell me that same car was on the lot with different rim color.

The staff were great and friendly.

Staff went out of their way to meet our needs. Totally would recommend them!!
