Same thing here, flew out the dealership to see and purchase the SUV this dealer had an over priced SUV and added unnecessary fees that had nothing to do with sale of the car . I asked to remove the fees and they wouldn't .

I called, and was told someone would be in touch to discuss a cash price on a vehicle on the lot. I never received a follow-up, despite the vehicle still remaining on the lot. The dealership does not seem to be customer oriented, and I left feeling dismissed. My advice: find a friendly dealership.

From start to finish of my deal Alice Davis of Biggers chevy was an excellent car sales lady. She has great customer service and was knowledgeable on specs of the truck I was looking into. Out of all the eight dealerships / salesman I've delt with during my truck search over the last two months Alice Davis was the ONLY sales person to actually great us on the lot and know the specs of the truck.

Received many emails and even spoke with the salesperson on my way to the dealership, 1 and 1/2 hours driving there only to find out the SUV I wanted was sold the night before.... she didn't even come out and apologize, she sent a couple floor agents over. Many excuses ....
