I contacted them last Friday and they called me on Thursday. That’s 5 days then I ask the salesman why it took so long he gave me a line that he didn’t need my business. Then send a email saying he was sorry. I was a auto dealer for 25 years and the salesmen would have been fired it he did that to one of my customers

The salesperson, was great. However, we are way past the 45 day mark and we still don't have the title in our hand. We live in SC and a Bill of Sale is not sufficient. We paid all cash for this car. We were told the title would be in the mail within a couple of weeks. 45 days passed and still no title. We were told to talk to "title lady." Unfortunately, Title lady is not at work on most days. After calling every day for a week, we talked to her. She told us she was mailing the title Express mail on a Friday. The following Wednesday we still do not have title. When calling the dealership, a man rudely told us that she took the title home with her Saturday evening. When trying to call the title person, there was no answer. We are left with a car that we can't register because they have not finished their job. STAY AWAY!
