Dealerships near me (Palmyra, NY)

I usually website to try and contact them about four separate Vans I was interested in and they never responded so I left them a voicemail about 5 days later and they finally responded via text. Explained my financial situation and that's when they informed me that they do not finance. If a business decides it's not going to finance that's fine but they should have that information in the website clearly and it shouldn't take 5 to 6 days for them to finally respond via a simple text. If they really wanted to sell those cars they would have responded to my website queries a day or two after not 5 to 6 days later.

Although I didn’t purchase the car I originally inquired about I did find something else. Overall experience was fine.

Not very impressed. Bought the vehicle but they never followed up with questions we had. I guess out of site out of mind for them. Odd thing that the interest rate went from 10% to 15% and when asked for an explanation they said we will get to that part then never did and I being so overwhelmed with information forgot to go back and question it and they never responded when I reached back out.

I was contacted immediately about my inquiry into this vehicle. I appreciate your timeliness.

Car was sold the next day before I could go. Called me up to inform me to save me the 1:45 minute trip.
