Barry is almost too good to be true. He’s a dealer who is honest, ethical and provides a great value for the price of the vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure the Saab was just right for us including finding an original roof rack and installing it for us. It’s by far the best car buying experience I’ve had with a dealer.

Dealer lead me on and proceeded to lie about the vehicle's availability, likely because I was not financing through them. I live out of state and sent a mechanic to view a vehicle, after I got the report back, I was satisfied and ready to purchase. The dealership had in a previous conversation clarified it would be possible for me to have someone pickup the vehicle to have it delivered to my location. When I go to call the saleswoman I had been in contact with, Katrina, she did not answered. I then decide to call the dealership directly and asked for her, they then hung up on me. So I sent Katrina a text message letting her know I was interested in purchasing said vehicle, she then says a customer is actively in the process of attempting to purchase it and she says she'll let me know if the deal falls through. I say okay sounds great. She texts me the customer purchased the vehicle. The dealership 2 hours later then proceeds to lower the listing price of the vehicle. Absolute shame.
