Dealerships near me (Old Bridge, NJ)

I had a medical emergency after 5 days in the hospital, I didnt reply to their request but I was in a lot of pain at that time. I didn’t get a response at first, afterwards, I sent an inquiry … sent a second inquiry. The response came back telling me the car was sold. She came across in this reply as very rude and didn’t even ask if she might be able to help me with a different vehicle. Not quite professional in my book.

Terrible dealership. Cars are unsafe. I purchased a car for my 17 yo daughter. They told me, the car was safe & in good shape. Barely drove it 500 miles before my daughter was stranded and had to have it towed. To make matters worse, when I called to advise them of this, they told me I should've expected that as I was buying a used car. They didn't offer any concern or offer any assistance in the repairs. They just told me, that since I didn't send it to their mechanic, it wasn't their problem. Their mechanic works out of a small body shop which wouldn't even have a lift to properly perform the repairs.
