If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I spoke to a salesman on Tuesday morning, stated my interest in the 2022 Nissan Altima and set up an appointment. I live about 70 miles from the dealer, but the price was something I could not pass up on. Upon arrival, we did a test drive and I was ready to sign papers to purchase. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the finance guy or manager (who knows) came back and said there was a mistake online and the price of the car that was displayed online ($24,988) was not the correct price. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience or showing us something in our price range, the salesman I spoke with on the phone and the finance guy/manager stayed quiet. We gathered our belongings and left. This was the worst group of unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. It’s shocking that the doors are still open. Where do you all get off scamming people and baiting them to come in, just to price gauge? Overall 0/10 experience. Steer Clear.

After buying the car and signing all documents, dealer said they will take care of error messages on the car. After 2 weeks I was told dealer is not willing to fix the car and I will have to take it as is or cancel the deal. We cancelled the deal and they had it listed a few days later for $1000 more. What a horrible way to lose customers. Will never deal with them again. Stay away. Not very honest and greedy

Over the phone Danielle said we will honor the advertise price CarGuru. She said she was a salesperson at the dealer. Turns out Danielle is at a call center. I left work (1 hr. Away) to purchase the car. Well they added $8,000 of add-ons I did not want or need.....LoJack $1,495, 3M protection film $595, Express Code $595, Wheel locks $295 plus "Added mark up" $5,000. Every new Versa and new Sentra had a similar added costs. They wanted to negotiate and Alexa (on-site sales person) it was her job to bring it to the advertise number. She said it was very workable. She then handed me to another salesperson to test drive the car. I told him the advertise price and he said my sales manager will make it work. Manager didn't make a lower offer at all because he said it's not workable. DISAPPOINTING I was willing to put up to $5,000 down payment and finance with them with my 745 credit score. I would AVOID going here unless you are ready to pay way above the MSRP.

Terrible experience. Truck wouldn’t start. They had to jump the battery to even do a test drive. Wasn’t shown the truck I was interested in. Salemen tried to guilt trip me because he took time to clean the vehicle before I came to see it even though it was the wrong one. That should be common courtesy especially if the vehicle has been sitting and is covered in spider webs like the rest of the vehicles on the lot. Completely wasted my time, I drove from Temecula in traffic to find out they sold the truck I was interested in the night before that the salesman had no clue about. The finance guy and the salesman got into an argument in front of me and my family in the parking lot and made it very uncomfortable for us to be there. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car here. It is not welcoming at all

Horrible experience at this dealer. We were so close in signing the contract but thank God we didn’t!! They wanted to sell us things we didn’t need like accessories ($2700 GPS- Lowjack )and maintenance (oil changes $3800). Yenelli refused to sell us the car because we wouldn’t accept oil changes for 3 yrs. That was going to increase my loan $3800 more. So a car that was going to cost me $19,450+ tax, lic. and registration my total was going to be more than $26k and this is with a down payment of $2000. This people are insane. Beware and remember you have every right as a customer to denied things you don’t need don’t accept and believe everything they tell you. Remember sales agents are trained to brainwash you and get what they want not what you want and need! When signing your contract make sure the numbers add up, if they don't ask them to explain it!! We were able to walk away from a bad deal at the end. I also contacted Nissan corporate for what this dealer is doing.Check BBB
