Overall my experience with Nissan of Costa Mesa was great. John was very helpful in getting all the paperwork ready for my signature. Due to COVID19, his office was set up to protect the consumer as well as himself.

Very helpful. Bought the car. There was a discrepancy in the trim level of the car as I seen it on Cargurus and what they had on the website. But we worked it out.

While I did not move forward with this vehicle or Dealer, the Sales Rep was friendly, provided all the information I requested and appreciated my contacting them when I decided against this vehicle.

James was fantastic. Showed me the car and the price and only offered the add on of GAP insurance and extended bumper to bumper was by nissan. Turned down the GAP and took the 125k warranty. The most pleasant experience

Received a reply immediately. However, there were no photos provided (on the site or via email) and no additional follow-up info after that. So who knows. I looked up the dealer’s BBB rating and it was a D-, so it’s unlikely we will pursue that car.

I went down there the same day and the salesman Joseph helped me and was super nice and clear and when I went to the fiance department they made it easy and were super helpful in answering my questions and I just had an overall great experience. Never felt pressured or rushed. I highly recommend going to Orange Coast Nissan
