Stateline Nissan responded to me right away and everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was professional and knew what they were doing. Great experience and I did buy a car that I absolutely love.

My salesman, Joey was great to work with, he was very knowledgeable about BMW's, which was great since I was buying a used one at a Nissan Dealership! He took the time to show many features to me. This Dealership gives you as much info as they possibly have on the car, Original MSRP, all the services they did prior to selling along with the costs, CarFax, etc... They were patient when I needed some time to research a few things and were never pushy. Ask for Joey if you decide to check out the used inventory on their lot!

The Manager- Mark is the worst. Absolutely zero business ethics. They got me to their dealership promising a reduction in price if i get there and if i liked the car. All they could do is 200 dollars off, with lot of mandatory additions coming to atleast 4k on top of the listed price. They were actually threatened by the offers other dealerships had when i showed them those. Don’t waste your time.

The staff at Balise were friendly, made us feel comfortable immediately, no pressure sales it was a great experience.
