Run, run as fast as you possibly can. This place is a very will oiled machine of scammers. They sell vehicles that are boderline clunkers. Purchased a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica @ 19k for my family to have long trips. After the purchase. 48, yes 48 codes popped up on the drive home. Meaning they were aware. We ended up possibly spending 6k additional to make the new purchase we just made. 8 days in we decided to trade it in to another dealership we were going to get it fixed by. The full sales and service team knew what we were going through due to the known issues with this dealership in the local industry. I’ll say it again, RUN from Reidsville Nissan dealership!

First, the vehicle was not detailed (cleaned) thoroughly. Even after bringing this to the attention of the Salesperson, the rear compartment has dirt and trash left in it. The salesperson and another person at the dealership said the previous owner lived in Sanford, NC. He lives in Pinehurst. The business manager seemed very put off that I did not buy the $6000 extended warranty and became somewhat pert. I bought the truck, but due to the prevailing attitude of the people I dealt with and their flippant attitudes about facts, I am having the vehicle thoroughly inspected top to bottom and front to back by a highly reputable Honda dealership. I will not be recommending their products or services to family and friends that live in the area.
