Absolutely terrible. We made a deal and I got a cashier's check from the bank. However, Salesman Kim Rodriguez lied to me and the dealership refused to fix a defect that he promised me during the text drive would be fixed. These are dishonest, unscrupulous people and I would avoid them and this terrible dealership at all costs.

I was quoted $47,500 then told the manager said $47,800. Who raises the price? Then crickets. No further contact from the salesman. As a matter of principle, I wouldn’t drive up there because of that. Too bad could have been sold days ago. Nice car but not a great deal.

Colin at Thomas Chevrolet was very helpful and extremely quick to respond to my inquiry, he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and was very informative, I definitely look forward to working with him on getting a new car that I desire.
